Hi, I’m Natasha!

I’m the owner and makeup artist behind Daily Canvas Makeup. My signature style is polished and elevated, but still natural-looking—and if you’re in the mood for some purple eyeshadow or a bright red lip, I love that too!  

For more than a decade, I worked in the corporate world in one of those “8 to 5” jobs that wasn’t really ever 8 to 5. Always having to check my emails, take calls after hours, working through lunch so my son only had to be at day care 8 hours instead of 9…iykyk.  So, in 2025 with my husband’s support, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my passion for makeup full time. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Aside from validating my long-standing Sephora and Ulta obsession, pursuing makeup full time has given me something even more valuable: extra time with my two boys.

I’m a native Houstonian, and my husband and I have called Kingwood home since 2020. When I’m not playing with makeup or trying to figure out how to make an instagram reel, I am usually cheering on one or both of my boys at a baseball, soccer or football game. I also love to run, which turns out to be a good thing because our 80-pound Weimaraner has buckets of energy. 

I believe makeup should inspire confidence and creativity—not intimidation. It should be fun, personalized, and make you feel excited when you look in the mirror. Whether I’m helping a client prepare for an important milestone, updating her everyday routine, or getting her ready for a photoshoot, my goal is always the same: to help her feel comfortable, confident, and like the best version of herself.
