Little Wonders Portraiture is excited to be offering Family Mini Sessions this year for the holiday season!
These sessions are a great way to get those yearly updated family photos at a more affordable price. Instead of Fall Mini Sessions, we opted to go without the fall decor so families could display their images year around. The images from your session can be used for Christmas Cards, gifts, and/or beautiful wall or shelf art in your home.
The sessions are 10 minutes in length and come with 5 digital images, 1 8×10 print, an online gallery, and a print release. Additional images will be available for purchase. We will also make available our print/product guide for any art you may be wanting as well as our Christmas Card templates.

As a Houston Newborn Photographer, I get to photograph some of the most precious babies. Introducing precious baby Sloane. This sweet baby’s parents brought her to the studio at just 11 days old. She weighed 7lbs. and 2 oz at birth.
Originally from Wisconsin, Sloane’s parents were thrilled to finally meet their baby girl. Married in March of 2018, after dating for seven years, they discovered they were pregnant in June of 2019. Sloane was born February 12th 2020. Sloane’s parents tell me that “nothing could have prepared us for the most wonderful thing in our lives”. “Our hearts were full of so much love and adoration from the minute she was born.”
Baby Sloane was such a joy to photograph. Despite never falling into a very deep slumber we captured some beautiful images. I hope you enjoy viewing some of my favorite from her session.

Little Wonders Portraiture is so excited to announce my Glitter Mini Sessions coming soon! What could be more fun for little girls? They will feel like a princess as they get to play in the sparkle. How often does a little girl get to twirl, toss and blow glitter bling while wearing a pretty dress?
My Glitter Mini Sessions will be held on March 21st in Kingwood, TX at my home studio. Each session will include a 15-minute time slot, 5 digital images with print release, and an online gallery all for only $100. (Additional digital files and prints will be available for purchase.) Sessions are available for ages 3-10 due to the nature of the session. Girls will be asked to follow directions so the glitter does not get in their eyes, camera, etc.
I recommend the girls wear pretty boutique-type dresses for their glitter mini sessions. If a visual is needed may I suggest searching glitter mini session on Pinterest and viewing the various photos posted by other photographers? The dresses my model, Macyn, is wearing are from Amazon and Gordmans in Atascocita….and very reasonably priced.

Little Wonders Portraiture’s 2019 Christmas Mini Sessions have now gone live! This year’s mini sessions feature two different vintage trucks decorated for the holidays. We have two dates selected…November 16th and November 17th. The November 16th sessions will be held in The Woodlands. This date will feature a green 1966 Chevy Truck. The truck will be decorated with red and green Christmas decor with a vintage feel. The November 17th sessions will be held in Kingwood. This date will feature a black 1956 Ford Truck. The black truck will be decorated with black gingham, red and ivory Christmas accents, and touches of green.

The 2019 Christmas Mini Sessions offer three different packages for you to choose from this year. The “Merry” package comes with 5 digital files. The “Joy” package comes with 8 digital files and 2, 5×7 prints. The “Peace” package is our most money-saving package and comes with 12 digital files, 2, 5×7 prints, and 25, 5×7 Christmas Cards. All packages come with a print release and online gallery for your to view and choose your images. The digital files are printable up to 30×40 giving you the opportunity to purchase wall art for your home. You will be able to download your images from your online gallery as well as purchase any additional prints you desire.
To start your booking process for your 2019 Christmas Mini Session simply visit our store, select your date/time, and pay the $75 retainer fee. The remainder of your balance is due after the images have been edited and you have viewed and selected your package. Little Wonders Portraiture is so excited to be holding back-to-school mini sessions in Kingwood.
Back to school can be a bitter-sweet time. Parents and kids too can be both excited and depressed for the new school year. As a mom, I would get sad seeing my babies getting older. I wanted them to stay little. Then, on the other hand, I would be happy for their growth and development. Let’s face it, they aren’t going to stay little, so we should celebrate. Back-to-school mini sessions are perfect for kicking off those celebrations. Your child’s portrait recognizing the year and grade they are in is a great way to acknowledge their expanding horizons and this milestone in their life. It will show them how proud you are and give them a sense of accomplishment.

My back-to-school mini sessions in Kingwood are being held outdoors on September 7, 2019. The session will have an array of props with a vintage feel. Each session is 15 minutes long and comes with an online gallery and print release. There are three packages to choose from for purchase. Package “A” include 3 digital files for $100. Package “B” includes 5 digital files, 1- 8×10, and 2- 5×7’s for $150. Package “C” includes 8 digital files, 2- 8×10’s, 2- 5×7’s, and 8 wallets for $200 and offers the most value for your money.

To enhance your portraits, and give them a more complete feel, your child should dress in warm colors maybe even with a vintage flair if possible. Avoid clothing with words on them. Choose solids and/or small prints or patterns. You can search “back to school mini sessions” on Pinterest to get ideas of what looks good.
