My darling husband recently took me on a trip to see the Grand Canyon.  I have wanted to see it all my life…married life too.  Couldn’t understand why he never took me:)  Turns out he picked the perfect time!  We had just dropped my baby girl off to college and officially became “empty nesters”.  The next day we boarded a plane for Phoenix.  Stopped off in Sedona, AZ which is a wonderful little town full of sites and shopping.  Then we took the scenic route north to the Grand Canyon.  I like to call this my Grand Canyon Therapy:)  ….and therapy it was!  All I can say is WOW!  If you have never been it is a breath taking sight and you simply must go!  Isn’t my man cute with his flowery, pink backpack…LOL! He was a doll to lug my stuff:)
