Scheduling a session with Sheila Meade and Little Wonders Portraiture means much more than purchasing a few pictures. You are investing in priceless and lasting memories to be cherished for many years to come. Using my inspirational creativity, knowledge and experience I will tailor a customized session that will be uniquely yours. I spend, on average, 10-15 hours on each session, from booking to presenting your photos, carefully going over every aspect making for a wonderful portrait experience. Every image is carefully chosen and retouched to provide you with excellent quality portraits and assure your complete satisfaction.

- Upon receiving your inquiry, I’ll email or call you to answer all your questions. Once the session fee has been paid the planning begins. Through a pre-consultation phone call or email we will go over everything to make sure your needs are met….from the actual session to the art we will create.
Your Session
2. Before your session you’ll receive a confirmation email assuring you of date and time as well as location address. You’ll also receive a second email with the appropriate guide for your session type. Maternity and Family sessions are usually held outdoors before sunset. Newborn and Milestone sessions are held in my home studio either in the morning or afternoon on Tuesdays – Thursdays.
Your Ordering Appointment
3. As you sit back and relax you’ll enjoy some refreshments while watching a slideshow of your images on my 100″ projector screen. With my “Create A Collection” pricing structure you’ll be able to choose just the items you want from wall art to albums to digital files. Clients with Little Wonders Portraiture typically invest between $600- $1300 at their ordering appointment.
Session Fees
Maternity – $200 (Does NOT include digital files, prints or products.)
Session fee includes:
- retainer of your date
- planning consultation (in person, phone, or email)
- 30 minute – 1 hour session
- spouse and siblings included
- use of 2 maternity gowns
- viewing and ordering appointment
*Free when booking a Tiny Tots Plan.
Newborn “Small” Session – $200 (Does NOT include digital files, prints or products.)
Session fee includes:
- retainer of your date
- planning consultation (in person, phone, or email)
- a 1 – 1.5 hour studio session
- use of props
- wrapped/prop only
- viewing and order appointment
Newborn “Full” Session – $250 (Does NOT include digital files, prints or products.)
Session fee includes:
- retainer of your date
- planning consultation (in person, phone, or email)
- a 2-3 hour studio session
- use of props and newborn wardrobe
- wrapped/ prop and fabric poses
- spouse and siblings included (immediate family only)
- viewing and ordering appointment
- (There is an additional $25 fee for twins, triplets, etc.)
Belly to Baby Package – $400 (Does NOT include digital files, prints or products.)
Package Includes:
- Maternity Session ($200)
- “Full” Newborn Session ($250)
- A Savings of $50
Milestone (Children) Session – $200 (Does NOT include digital files, prints or products.)
Session fee includes:
- retainer of your date
- planning consultation (in person, phone, or email)
- a 30 minute – 1 hour studio session
- use of props and baby clothing (limited selection to 3 months – 1 yr.)
- child ONLY (does not include family)
- naked smash cake (one year old ONLY)
- viewing and ordering appointment
Family Session – $200 (Does NOT include digital files, prints, or products.)
Session fee includes:
- retainer of your date
- planning consultation (in person, phone, or email)
- a 30 minute – 1 hour session
- up to 6 people (Additional people $25 each.)
- viewing and ordering appointment
Tiny Tots Plan – $550 (Does NOT include digital files, prints, or products.)
Plan includes:
- Complimentary Maternity OR Family Session
- “Full” Newborn Session ($250)
- Milestone “Sitter” Session ( $200)
- Milestone “Cake Smash” Session ($200)
- A Savings of $100
